Named GP Policy
All GP surgeries are required by the government under the terms of the latest GP contract to allocate all patients a named accountable GP.
You will have been allocated a named accountable GP who will be responsible for your overall care. This will be one of our GPs mentioned in the practice staff page.
If you have a preference as to which GP you are allocated, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. If you wish to know which GP has been allocated to you, please ask the reception team.
You can book appointments with any GP.

Online Services
If you have registered for Patient Access online patients services, you can use the website or app to request and cancel appointments, update your personal details and view your medical record online.
Remote Consultations
Our remote triage & consultation system, eConsult, allows you to fill out a simple online form to request medical advice and appointments and make administrative requests such as sick certificates and medical reports.
